She thrives on the daily interactions with members, staff, parents, and the community, always embracing new opportunities to learn and grow. Committed to innovation, she envisions a future for the Inclusion team driven by passion, adaptability, and continuous progress. Outside of work, Bryanna enjoys coffee, books, crafting, and cherished moments with her husband and two daughters. A spaghetti lover and aspiring knitter, she dreams of having the power to teleport—just to skip the hassle of stopping a great activity to go somewhere!

Shannon
Co-Founder
Shannon finds joy in learning something new every day from both staff and members. Inspired by Bryanna’s vision of an all-inclusive center that fosters life skills and community engagement for adults with disabilities, she was eager to help bring that dream to life. She loves knowing that Inclusion provides a safe, welcoming space where individuals can grow, learn, and form meaningful friendships. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys beach days with loved ones, spaghetti with garlic bread, and cherishes time with her close-knit group of friends. If she could have any superpower, she’d slow down time—just to make those special moments last a little longer.

Toni
Toni loves Inclusion’s close-knit community and the chance to teach valuable life skills. She’s inspired by the members, families, and team, envisioning Inclusion’s growth in small towns. Outside of work, she enjoys creative projects, supper clubs, and staying organized. If she had a superpower, it would be invisibility—to help those in need.

Brittany
Brittany loves building relationships with ICC members and watching them grow into more independent individuals. Passionate about inclusion, she feels lucky to be part of a team making a difference. Outside of work, she enjoys cozy weekends, coffee, and dreams of learning the banjo. If she had a superpower, it would be helping people focus on the positives—because mindset changes everything!

Alicia
Alicia loves connecting with ICC members, sharing laughter, and making a difference in their lives. Drawn to Inclusion’s mission, she values the opportunity to empower others. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her boys, dreams of learning Spanish, and never leaves home without chapstick. If she had a superpower, it would be remote viewing—to help find missing people and pets.

Dori
Dori finds joy in building connections with ICC members and watching them grow. Passionate about making a meaningful impact, she values being part of a team that helps others thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys family time by the fire, dreams of learning to surf, and never skips her morning coffee. If she had a superpower, it would be the ability to heal—ensuring a world free from sickness and suffering.

Nick
Nick loves working at Inclusion Community Center, helping members learn and grow every day. Passionate about teaching and making a difference, he finds joy in seeing others improve their skills. Outside of work, he enjoys snowmobiling in winter and boating with family and friends in summer. He hopes to master woodworking with his grandfather’s tools and loves trying new foods. A devoted dog owner, he can’t imagine life without his family pup, Rudder. If given a superpower, he would choose flight—to visit the beach and hit the snow on the same day!

Taylor
Taylor is the marketing intern at Inclusion Community Center. She is a student at Fox Valley Technical College and started working with Inclusion in February. Taylor enjoys getting to know the members and team members. She loves that ICC is a place where everyone is welcome and included. In her free time you could find her renovating her house, crocheting a blanket, or on a hike with her husband and dog. If she could have one superpower, she would choose teleportation - so she could easily visit her family members who live far away.
